Our policy is 14 days, if 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Trying it out to see if it fits for you and/or your dog is perfectly acceptable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are happy to do an exchange if something doesn't fit or if the product is faulty. Please CLICK HERE to get your exchange started.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

All refunds will be provided in full MINUS THE SHIPPING FEE. We cannot refund the shipping fee UNLESS the order was a mistake on our part.

Returns sent back for a refund are also subject to a $7.95 restocking fee which covers the cost to get the product back to us.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please ensure you wait 7 days for the payment to clear with your bank before following up with your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on your bank.

Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please allow at least 12-21 business days for us to receive your product and 5-7 business days to process your refund or exchange.
